Good afternoon Mike-
I have a question on consumer purchase. I bought a used 2001 Mitsubishi Galant from a dealership in Pennsylvania in 2002. I have recently been having trouble with it and took it to a Firestone Shop. I was informed that the engine was not the original, it seems its was replaced. It has a major oil leak among other thing and I was told it was not worth repairing. It was would be too costly. This information, regarding the engine, was never disclosed to me at the time of my purchase. Is there anything, legally, that I can do? Was the dealer suppose to disclose this informtion to me on a used car?

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,
Maria
