Admittedly it's anecdotal, but my experience is that Technorati is still a noticeably superior database to Google Blog Search. Eric.

I find NetNewsWire and NewsGator.com a winning combination for RSS feeds. Both are owned by the same company so they synchronize. I use NetNewsWire on my Mac and NewsGator on my iPhone.

Also, I don't have the URL handy, but I recently read that more people now use email than watch TV. RSS has a long way to go. I think IM or FaceBook has a better chance of overtaking email as that's what everyone under the age of 25 seems to use.

Use netnewswire as well Neil, it's been great, especially with its sister product, MarsEdit, for blog publishing.

Wow Eric, I started using Google Blog Search as supplement to Technorati. Also anecdotal, but felt Techno was missing items I was looking for.
