Guest bloggers and guest blogging is a great way to accomplish a lot. Not only do you get fresh content from a fresh point of view when you have a guest blogger. You get the chance to also broaden your own audience by guest posting for someone else. Both you as the host and the guest blogger also build incoming and outgoing links. It is just another way to get your own blog in the "busy intersection" Kevin has mentioned before.
