It's amazing what sparks controversy anymore. Of course, an attorney whose client wants to hire someone from another country does not want to find a "qualified and interested US worker." As an advocate for their client they want to find the way to meet the need of their client, within the confines of the free market. It is true that such a comment would not be a marketing highlight, one would hope that common sense would weight in at some point along the way. There is no insurance policy to guard against those who are simply looking for controversy.
