<description><![CDATA[<p>While all of these arguments are persuasive, I think Eric Turkewitz' leads to a simple and excellent point - opinions (especially online opinions!) are a dime a dozen.  Without that 1-1 client interaction, there isn't much to work with, there.  You're right, Chubb Insurance made themselves look a mite silly on this one!</p>
