Eric Turkewitz tells me Lisa Berman of the New Jersey Law Journal has another story on Chubb’s original denial of malpractice coverage to law firms publishing blogs. The story titled, ‘Dear Abby’ Law Firm Blogs a No-No, Carrier Says’ came out Friday.
Anyone have a copy of the article they can send me? I’m not a subscriber so cannot access ALM’s online version of the article.
