Twitter : How to guide for beginners?

As I draft a post on why the vast majority of lawyers asking me about Twitter should not waste their time with it, I’m giving giving you ‘The Newbie’s Guide to Twitter‘ from Rafe Needelman of CNET.’ Can’t say I don’t try to answer questions from lawyers living on the bleeding edge.

Without getting into detail, Twitter is a social networking service that allows members to inform each other about what they are doing and thinking via the web, IM, or SMS.
