<p>If your readers have any question about this, I would like to add that I have been approached by a few firms recently to figure out how to mine data that is available on prospective candidates they are hiring, and in addition, how to get information on a lawyer on the other side.  Knowing what the lawyer has written, position that lawyer has taken on other issues is always good intelligence.</p>]]></description>
