I like the term 'law blogs' too, but feel for those sites built on the term like blawg.org and blawgrepublic.com.

Anyway, nothing against those sites using the term 'blawg.' But they're rowing up stream if they are looking for the public to relate to what they are doing.

Far less people doing a search for the terms 'blawg' or 'blawgs' today than there was a year ago. So lawyers just now exploring the use of a blog as a marketing tool to reach non lawyers would be ill advised to touch the term 'blawg.'
