<description><![CDATA[<p>Don&#39;t act surprised.  LexisNexis and Thomson Findlaw are busy fighting over market-share.  Almost the same way we see Hamburger giants tackle their billion dollar sector.  For them too join an open discussion means they would have to admit there are competitors.  Thomson&#39;s growth is built on "buying" the said competitors strictly a business tactic.  Services lacking? When you don&#39;t know there is an option or "its been sold", the greater portion of customers just live with it.  We&#39;re still in the birth cycle of this exploding sector.  When Microsoft, Adobe, EMC, Oracle and a host of real "big" players see what this vertical market offers in terms of potential and real managed service offerings, they will be challenged.  Subscribtion based membership will be the hinded value core they focus on.  Gee, If I had a data base you would pay me to search through it?  Why are we fighting with Google for consumers?
