Google's Blogger having system outages

The Blog Herald reports Blogger is taking some flack for system outages. Blogger, free blog software with limited features and design, has been getting some heat from users but as the Herald reports, things got a little hotter with Wired Magazine running an extensive piece covering the problems.

In 'Bloggers Pitch Fits Over Glitches', Adam L. Penenberg writes that there are a lot of annoyed users, but interestingly compares the service to a public utility. Does he know something about Bloggers figures that we don’t?”

Gee, I would hate to think people using Blogger would call Google and be put on hold for a half hour. That's my experience with public utilities.
